We are seeking two motivated Project Managers with a solid grounding and experience in design and construction projects, who are keen to build on their experience and progress their career within a supportive and challenging project environment. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive quality, safety, cost and schedule performance, and act as the key interface with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
As a Project Manager at Scitech-EKIUM you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex design and construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing scope, programme, cost, risk, and change control while maintaining key project deliverables and chairing project reviews.
The ideal candidates will have project management experience in design and construction, with strong knowledge of health & safety, quality systems, programme and cost management, and contractual processes. Excellent communication, and commercial awareness is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. A relevant degree or a recognised project management qualification are required. If you are chartered, or working towards chartership, this will be an advantage. Experience using recognised project management principles in a design and construction contracting environment is essential, with any exposure to the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector considered advantageous.
The roles are based in Godalming, with regular site visits required. Due to the locations of the sites, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential to fulfil the travel requirements of the role.
