SRG Staffing Services are pleased to offer new SIA door supervisor roles in Ilkley centre with immediate starts!
Hours: 8 - 10 per week.
THIS IS NOT A STATIC ROLE; THESE ARE PUBS, BARS AND CLUB DOORS.
Please DO NOT apply if you are only interested in static work. WEEKEND RELIABILITY IS ESSENTIAL; THIS ROLE IS FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS.
Excellent verbal communication is required with previous experience.
As a Door Supervisor, you will:
- Ensure the safety of staff and customers, as well as protecting assets within the clients' business and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a physical presence on the venue entrance.
- Engage with customers entering and leaving the premises, being polite and respectful at all times.
- Be constantly alert and able to prevent altercations or disturbances before they arise.
- Conduct regular floor walks and inspections and record in company log.
This role will suit someone looking to progress further in the security industry and we will be identifying this quality quickly.
Applicants Must:
- Hold a valid front line SIA Badge (Door Supervision).
- Have excellent communication skills both written and fluent English.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Be reliable with excellent time-management skills.
- Have a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Have proven experience within the security industry.
- Be able to provide a 5 year work/school history as by law we are required to complete Security Screening to BS7858:2019 standard on all successful candidates.
