    • Lead the development of presentations, brochures, case studies and digital materials for leadership teams, business development, recruitment and internal use.
    • Ensure all content accurately reflects SCIRIS capabilities, culture and value proposition, with a consistent and professional standard of execution.
  • Internal Communications and Events
    • Lead the planning and delivery of all Group-level events, including leadership offsites, employee engagement events, external conferences, sponsored events and client-facing activities.
    • Coordinate Group-wide communications, including CEO updates, internal campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Work closely with HR and Operations to support initiatives such as referral programmes, DEI communications, onboarding materials and policy rollouts.
  • Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
    • Track and report on KPIs across communications, social media and events activity, providing regular updates to the CEO and senior leadership.
    • Introduce clear processes, templates and governance frameworks to improve consistency and efficiency in communications and event management across the Group.
