What You’ll Be Doing

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor the Engineering Management Team.
• Design team structures for growth and efficiency.
• Improve engineering practices, security, and incident management.
• Drive technical excellence through best practices (CI/CD, testing, code quality).
• Align technical strategies with business priorities.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure clear communication.

People & Culture

• Build a high-performing, inclusive engineering culture.
• Develop career pathways for engineers and leaders.
• Encourage creativity, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Collaboration & Impact

• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams for high-impact solutions.
• Identify and address technological and organisational needs.
• Represent Engineering at the executive level.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading cultural and organisational change.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and strategic goal-setting skills.
• Experience leading teams through growth and transformation.
• Coaching expertise for navigating complex technical changes.
• Ability to set high technical standards while fostering creativity.
• Technical background with distributed architectures experience.
• Experience in regulated industries (HealthTech is a bonus).
• Strong executive-level communication skills.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Azure tools and ecosystem.
• Familiarity with logging/monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog, Pingdom).
• Knowledge of healthcare software and industry regulations.
