They are seeking a Senior - Executive Director of Business Development to drive the growth strategy, identify high-value opportunities, and lead key collaborations that shape the future of medicine.
You will lead high-impact deals, driving licensing, acquisitions, and partnerships that fuel company growth. You will collaborate with senior leaders, investors, and external stakeholders on strategic initiatives, while honing alliance management expertise to ensure long-term partnership success and business value.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with biotech and pharmaceutical partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, commercial, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of partnerships.

Qualifications:
- PhD and/or MD in biological sciences, life sciences, or a related field.
- Six or more years of experience in business development within the biotech or pharmaceutical company.
- Strong scientific or clinical expertise in Oncology, CNS, or Autoimmune therapeutic areas, with deep knowledge of the drug development and commercialisation process.
- Experience working in global markets, navigating cross-cultural partnerships, and leading executive-level collaborations.
- Experience in additional therapeutic areas and alliance management.
Though the position is remote, the employee will need to be based in the UK.
