About the Opportunity
We're partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company using AI to transform operational workflows within large healthcare organisations. Following significant investment, the business is expanding its customer deployment team and is looking for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems, working closely with customers, and driving the successful adoption of innovative technology.
The Role
This is a highly cross-functional position sitting between customers, Product and Engineering. You'll lead end-to-end deployments, working directly with operational stakeholders to understand existing processes, design improved workflows and ensure customers realise measurable value from the platform. Rather than following a standard implementation playbook, you'll act as a strategic partner - combining consulting, problem-solving and delivery to help customers embed new ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer deployments from discovery through to go-live.
- Build relationships with senior operational stakeholders.
- Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate customer needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape future development.
- Measure customer outcomes and identify opportunities for expansion.
About You
We're looking for someone with experience in areas such as:
- NHS implementation and deployment
- Digital transformation or consulting
- Healthcare or other complex operational environments
- Process improvement and stakeholder management
You'll be comfortable working in ambiguity, building trusted relationships, and turning complex challenges into practical solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth business where you'll have genuine ownership, influence over product direction, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.
