Junior Customer Success Manager – Europe (remote + regular travel across EMEA)

SciPro are partnered with a pioneering AI-powered medical imaging company fundamentally shaping the way healthcare professionals work, contributing to early detection and appropriate treatment of health conditions. You will support with managing customer relationships across EMEA, working alongside clinical teams, and learning fast in an environment where your interpersonal skills matter as much as your technical knowledge.

  • Support clinical onboarding and user training at hospital sites across the EMEA region.
  • Monitor platform adoption and proactively flag any account risks to senior management.
  • Assist with site installations and ensure project delivery milestones are met.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM.
  • Act as a flexible resource to provide team coverage across various territories as needed.

Fluency in English plus professional proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish (additional European languages are a plus).

  • A self-motivated, organised approach to managing multiple projects across geographies.
  • Valid driving license and a total willingness to travel.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly and present clinical data to varied audiences.
  • A degree in a scientific or technical discipline is highly desirable.
