We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a rapidly growing AI healthtech company. You will lead relationships with agency, pharma, and med device partners - delivering targeted, data-driven campaigns with real-time analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage campaigns across the full lifecycle, from planning through to reporting
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and agency partners
  • Track KPIs and translate performance data into clear insights
  • Build and share campaign performance dashboards
  • Coordinate creative assets, timelines, and QA with clients and agencies
  • Collaborate internally to support product improvement and client success
  • Build strong client relationships to support growth

About You

  • Experienced in account management within medical communications, pharma, agency, or clinician-facing platforms
  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape (including ABPI)
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end campaigns and senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
