- Engineer Supervisor
The Role: Become the first point of contact for our field-based engineering team. You will provide crucial support, answer technical questions, and deliver training to ensure the highest standards of work. This is a perfect step for an engineer ready to move into a leadership and mentoring role.
You will: Support, guide, and train engineers on the road, act as a liaison between the office and field teams, and help resolve complex technical issues. This role will be part field and office based.
- Senior Engineer
The Role: Lead from the front and set the standard for excellence. You will be the face of Scion for our customers, taking the lead on large-scale projects and demonstrating best practices for the rest of the team.
You will: Manage key projects, provide expert installation and commissioning, act as a role model for junior engineers, and ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level.
- Maintenance Engineer
The Role: Due to huge expansion, we need a dedicated professional to manage our growing portfolio of maintenance contracts. You will be the reliable expert ensuring our clients' systems are fully operational and compliant.
You will: Conduct scheduled 6/12 monthly service visits for a diverse range of clients including Gyms, Schools, Retail Branches, and Residential properties. Your work will involve servicing and troubleshooting systems including Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Extinguishers, and more.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Proven experience in one or more of the following: Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, and Data Cabling. For the Maintenance Engineer role, direct experience with servicing the above systems is essential.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Ideally, living within a short (20-30 min) commute of our Thatcham head office, as you will be required to attend most mornings.
