SciNova are exclusively partnered with a pioneering advanced Proteomics organisation who are providing cutting-edge solutions to revolutionise biological research and therapeutic development. Our client's mission is to empower scientists with transformative tools and technologies that deliver deep biological insights and drive ground-breaking scientific discoveries. With a strong global market presence, we are looking to add a senior sales leader to our client's expanding EU executive leadership team.
You will be responsible for leading a high-performing field sales team and developing strategic partnerships and alliances with critical vendors.
Role responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales and business development strategy.
- Directly manage a high-performing team of motivated and results-driven professionals with the view of scaling.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, including industry-oriented customers and a network of distributors.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing out-of-the-box solutions.
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Scientific Discipline (Biochemistry / Molecular Biology) + MBA highly preferred.
- Minimum of 15+ years’ experience working in a Commercial leadership position with an international scope.
- 5+ years’ experience working in the Biotech (proteomics is desirable).
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills at c-suite level.
- Hands-on player/coach attitude with a passion to lead from the front.
- Openness to travel.
