SciNova are partnered with an industry leading UK based Design and Print agency who're searching for a Business Development Exec to support their efforts to grow their Greater London customer base. Our client is searching for a motivated business development professional to support in scaling the business to its fullest potential. You will be responsible for building pipeline, targeting strategic accounts and supporting the team transform innovative ideas and briefs into reality.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Targeting and prospecting: map ideal clients and buyer personas across architects, developers, contractors, engineers, and agencies; build and prioritise outreach lists.
- Multichannel outreach: run tailored sequences using calls, email, and LinkedIn; share relevant case studies, visuals, and invites to studio tours or lunch & learns.
- Discovery and qualification: book and qualify meetings for the Sales Manager/studio leads; join calls, capture notes, and set clear next steps.
- Inbound handling: respond to enquiries, gather requirements, and coordinate fast follow-up.
- Proposal support: help prepare credentials, estimates, and statements of work with the production team.
- Events and networking: attend industry meetups (e.g., NLA, RIBA, Digital Construction Week), follow up promptly, and convert interest into meetings.
- Account support: nurture smaller accounts, track activity, and spot cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
- Territory rhythm and CRM: plan weekly call/email blocks, keep data accurate, track sequences, and maintain a visible pipeline.
Experience:
- Experience working in a client acquisition function with a focus on winning new business and growing key accounts.
- Confident and comfortable in communicating to different levels of professionals - from printing technicians to exec leadership.
- Possess excellent communication and numerical skills to enable you to write creative outreach, proposals and bids.
- Passionate about introducing AI sales techniques into your sales outreach workflows.
- Familiar with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Excel/Google Sheets.
