This established facility operates around the clock, recovering energy from residual waste and playing an important role in the region's waste and resource management infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern EFW plant in a key operational leadership role. As Shift Team Leader, you will be responsible for safe, efficient and compliant plant operations while leading and developing a shift team. The role will involve overseeing plant operations, managing operational matters arising on shift and acting as a key decision-maker outside normal office hours.
