SCINERGY Recruitment are recruiting for a QHSE Manager to join the leadership team of an Energy from Waste power station near Kidderminster. This role focuses on leading health, safety, environmental and quality compliance across a high-risk, process-driven site. The successful candidate will act as the principal advisor to the Plant Manager and wider site team, ensuring legal compliance, audit readiness and a strong safety culture across all operations.

The role will involve:

  • Leading all QHSE activities across the EfW facility
  • Acting as the focal point for health, safety, environmental and quality matters
