About the Role

We’re looking for a new member of the team (currently around 27 people) who is passionate about sales, tech-savvy and understands the Scientific markets. You will be responsible for increasing customer renewal rates, optimizing customer usage, and growing revenue by identifying and developing upsell opportunities through consultative, needs-based approaches.
