The Global Marketing Specialist (Food and Environmental) is responsible for supporting strategic global marketing aligned with the commercial organization, to drive growth, fuel demand generation and improve win rate in the defined markets.
This position reports to the Senior Manager – Global market development (Life Sciences and Applied Markets) – 9 month fixed term role (Maternity cover) and is part of the Global Strategic Marketing team located in Manchester, UK and will be an on-site role.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Support the global strategic marketing team to plan and execute global marketing communication campaigns aligned with the business objectives in the supported segments.
- Create engaging and compelling content, including webpages, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and press releases, to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Utilize innovative marketing approaches based on industry trends and drive the adoption of new strategies, techniques, and tactics throughout the extended marketing organization
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline (Recently completed or Gap year)
- Marketing experience (class experience acceptable)
- Basic knowledge of Marketing campaign creation and delivery (class experience acceptable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Ability to travel (very limited/Occasional)
