About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of our distributor network and play a key role in driving sales growth through indirect channels. You’ll work closely with partners and colleagues across the business to strengthen relationships, unlock new opportunities, and ensure we’re delivering the best possible experience to our customers worldwide.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying, onboarding, and developing high-potential distributors aligned to our strategy
- Building strong, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders
- Driving revenue growth by setting clear targets and supporting distributors to succeed
- Running regular business reviews to track performance and spot opportunities
- Using data and market insights to guide decisions and improve results
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, launches, and brand alignment
- Ensuring partners meet compliance, contractual, and ethical standards
- Delivering training, joint visits, and customer-facing activities to grow the market

About You
- 5+ years’ experience in sales, distributor management, or commercial roles within life sciences, biotech, diagnostics, or pharma
- A proven track record of managing and growing international distributor networks
- Strong understanding of electrophysiology and/or microscopy markets
- Comfortable working with CRM systems in a B2B environment
