About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of our distributor network and play a key role in driving sales growth through indirect channels. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying, onboarding, and developing high-potential distributors aligned to our strategy
  • Building strong, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Driving revenue growth by setting clear targets and supporting distributors to succeed
  • Running regular business reviews to track performance and spot opportunities
  • Using data and market insights to guide decisions and improve results
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, launches, and brand alignment

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, distributor management, or commercial roles within life sciences, biotech, diagnostics, or pharma

  • Strong understanding of electrophysiology and/or microscopy markets
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems in a B2B environment
