Our client is seeking a dynamic, highly skilled Advanced Innovation Engineer to drive transformative solutions that support product development, process optimization, and continuous improvement. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate across functions to identify and implement cutting-edge tools, emerging technologies, and innovative equipment—making a real impact on our product pipeline and manufacturing excellence.
Responsibilities
- Strong expertise in process and equipment engineering within the food, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical sectors
- Hands-on experience evaluating and deploying advanced manufacturing technologies
- Proficiency with industrial software platforms, modeling, simulation, and process validation tools
- Deep understanding of cGMP standards, lean methodologies, and risk analysis techniques such as FMEA
- Demonstrated ability to lead proof-of-concept projects, pilot programs, and equipment validation efforts
- Effective collaboration skills with vendors, suppliers, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams
Ideal Additional Skills
- Familiarity with animal feed regulations
- Experience with process control software development and customization
- Background in designing for manufacturability and operational excellence
- Proven success in managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)

- Experience working within cGMP environments
