Account Executive (Italian Speaking) in Leeds

Position Summary

Account Executive, Italian speaking – responsible for full management of the Italian customer account, ensuring smooth processing and manufacturing of lottery scratch cards from order placement to delivery within our Leeds Customer Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support for Italian customers.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues and UK production team to meet customer and production requirements.
• Create and verify customer and production documentation, including artwork and proofs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and conduct occasional press passes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide accurate and timely information.
• Strong teamwork, relationship‑building, and customer service orientation.
• High attention to detail, superior time‑management, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Estimated 2 to 5 years of related experience (printing industry background advantageous).

Benefits

Competitive salary ranging from £34,000 to £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. 26 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) and a company‑matched pension scheme of 6% of pensionable salary.
