Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an effective business unit strategy covering operational management and development within agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Secure new business and maintain existing customer relationships within the Europe, Caspian, and Sub-Saharan Africa region.
  • Identify, cultivate, and deliver opportunities for business growth and acquisitions aligned with the company\’s global enterprise strategy.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor and customer activity, reporting back on market opportunities and achievements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional District Manager to develop regional business development and marketing strategies.
