As part of our continued growth and development, Scientia Academy and REAch2 Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an Early Years Level 2 Apprentice to join our team from September 2026. This is a fixed term role for the duration of the apprenticeship (12 months, may be extended to 15 months to allow time to pass Maths & English if required). The successful apprentice will undertake all relevant training to support knowledge, skills and behaviour in order to qualify. The apprenticeship course will be provided by Best Practice network. Full funding for the apprenticeship is provided by REAch2 Academy Trust.

Our Level 2 Early Years Apprenticeship will provide you with fully funded, structured training to improve your practice as a learning support assistant and learn valuable skills.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be willing to undertake Maths & English alongside this apprenticeship if they do not hold Level 2/GCSE Grade 4 already
