Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of training programmes, workshops, learning journeys, leadership programmes, and engagement sessions.
- Coordinate programme logistics, including venue arrangements, participant registration, invitations, RSVPs, programme materials, speaker requirements, catering, transport, and other administrative matters.
- Prepare and maintain programme schedules, participant lists, briefing materials, presentation decks, attendance records, and related documentation.
- Support programme communications by preparing and disseminating invitations, joining instructions, electronic mailers, and participant updates.
- Provide on-site operational support during programmes and follow up on post-programme matters.
- Administer participant feedback and assist in compiling programme evaluations, lessons learned, and post-event reports.
- Maintain project schedules, stakeholder lists, action trackers, and planning documents, and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate with event managers, vendors, and stakeholders on programme and operational requirements.
- Prepare progress updates, meeting materials, management reports, and provide secretariat support for meetings.
- Support the execution and monitoring of programmes and events to ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and objectives.
- Provide on-site operational support during events and assist with post-event evaluation and reporting.
- Undertake other programme coordination, research, and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Event Management or any related field.
