About the Role

You'll build and manage partnerships with religious organisations, security agencies, community partners, and vendors, while overseeing training, capability-building, and engagement initiatives covering emergency response, contingency planning, and psychological resilience.

What You Will Do

  • Programme Planning & Delivery
    • Support and drive the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of a crisis preparedness programme for religious organisations.
    • Oversee the development, coordination, and delivery of training, capability-building, and engagement initiatives, including emergency response, contingency planning, and psychological resilience programmes.
  • Stakeholder & Partnership Management
    • Build and manage partnerships with religious organisations, security agencies, community partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to support effective programme delivery.
  • Programme Operations & Reporting
    • Manage programme operations, communications, and performance tracking, including publicity, stakeholder engagement, microsite content, databases, registrations, training statistics, feedback analysis, and reporting.
    • Contribute to broader national security, resilience, and social cohesion objectives by strengthening preparedness and coordination within the religious sector.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Public Policy, Emergency Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in crisis management, emergency preparedness, or programme coordination preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging security agencies, community groups, and vendors.
  • Good project management and organisational skills, with the ability to track performance metrics.
