What you will be working on?
- Support the execution of the museum learning programme. This includes liaising with schools, managing enquiries and bookings, coordinating with and assisting in the training of Museum Educators, and overseeing the logistics, admin and procurement needs of the project.
- Support the execution of other school programmes and visits, including research and writing of updated scripts for education programmes.
- Evaluate student and teacher responses to learning journeys by processing and presenting survey results in a quarterly post-programme evaluation report.
- Assist with other programmes on an ad hoc basis, including set-up and facilitation of various activities.
What are we looking for?
- Singaporean only.
- Minimum Diploma in Arts or Social Science or relevant discipline.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays during event periods on an ad hoc basis (To be compensated with time-off).
- Enjoys working with students and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
