An established, innovation-led biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Head of UK HTA to lead national value, access, and reimbursement strategy across a high-impact portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping UK HTA strategy from early pipeline through to launch and lifecycle management, working at the intersection of Market Access, Medical, Commercial, and Global teams.
You will act as the UK authority on HTA engagement, driving strategy with NICE and other key stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with global evidence and value frameworks.
The role offers significant visibility and influence, with accountability for:
- UK HTA strategy and execution across multiple assets
- Leadership of submission planning, evidence generation, and stakeholder engagement
- Cross-functional decision-making at local and global level
- Building and developing a high-performing HTA capability
What we need from you:
- MSc in Health Economics
- A strong and deep understanding of the UK HTA process with a proven track record
- Rare Disease exposure would be a huge plus
- Line management and leadership experience
