We’re looking for a Specialist Nurse to join our Clinical Operations team within the Milton Keynes area, who will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care in the community, whilst helping prevent unnecessary admissions. This role offers the opportunity to combine strong clinical practice with independent decision‑making, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients at home during a crucial stage of their care. It’s ideal for nurses who are passionate about community-based care, value continuity and patient experience, and want a role that balances clinical responsibility with meaningful patient relationships.

What you will be successful with:

  • An RGN registered with the NMC
  • Post‑registration experience in an acute care setting
  • Experience administering sub‑cutaneous injections and IV therapies, including care of IV devices
  • Confident in supervising others and working autonomously in the community
  • Is adaptable, organised, and comfortable working in a dynamic service environment
