We have an opportunity for someone to join us as a Medicines Management Technician. This is a pivotal role which will see you acting as a point of contact for hospitals, patients and referring centres.
A typical day will see you being responsible for:
- Counselling patients on the correct use of their medication
- Handling and escalating complaints
- Raising purchase orders
- Stock level reports
- Reviewing and updating drug administration protocols
This is a great opportunity to enhance your technician knowledge as you have the chance to deal with complex therapies such as Duodopa, Desferal and growth hormones.
This role is full-time, working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday. Typical shifts are 8:30am – 5pm and 8:00am – 4:30pm; however, flexibility is required.

Alongside having the relevant pharmacy experience, this role requires someone that has a flexible approach to work and can evidence managing their own workload. It is vital for this role that you hold a NVQ level 3 in pharmacy services and you are registered with the GPhC.
