We are seeking a Mid-Weight Designer to support the Brand & Marketing team by delivering high-quality creative across a wide range of channels. This is a permanent position, hybrid working, coming into our London (Paddington) office 2 days a week.
Our Marketing & Communications function plays a critical role in supporting business growth, brand development, and lead generation across new and existing channels.
Key Responsibilities- Create Word-based proposals and documents, ensuring high-quality formatting and layout
- Develop social media assets, primarily for LinkedIn
- Produce video content, motion graphics and animations for digital channels
- Design exhibition stands, print materials and event collateral
- Create medical and scientific posters, presenting complex content clearly and accurately
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all outputs
- Manage external design and print suppliers, ensuring quality, timelines and budget adherence
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, commercial and clinical teams
- Proven experience in a design role, ideally within a regulated environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and video tools
- Strong experience designing presentations, print and digital assets
- Ability to create and maintain PowerPoint and Word templates
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Knowledge of print production and artwork specification
- Strong understanding of typography, layout and branding
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work
