We are looking for a Specialist Nurse to join our Clinical Operations team within Northern Ireland. As a Specialist Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting patients in their own homes, helping to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering exceptional care, improving patient outcomes, and shaping a service that truly puts patients and their families first, giving patients control of their health through knowledge, choice, convenience, and connection.

Who we are looking for:

  • RGN (Part 1 NMC Register).
  • Post-registration experience in an acute care setting, including independent decision-making and supervision of others.
  • Strong knowledge of therapies and drugs relevant to our service offerings, and experience caring for patients with treated conditions.
  • Experience undertaking clinical assessments and administering subcutaneous injections.
  • Experience caring for IV devices and administering IV therapies.
  • Excellent communication skills; you listen actively, communicate sensitively, and make clinical information easy to understand.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and following protocols.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing service demands.
  • A full UK driving licence as regional travel is required for this role.
