Specialist Nurse in Eastleigh

Overview

We are looking for a talented, patient‑focused clinician to join our fantastic team working in partnership with Southampton General Hospital.

These community‑based roles allow you to deliver one‑to‑one care in the comfort of the patient’s home to facilitate early supported transfer from hospital or prevent unnecessary admission. You will build lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders and support networks to aid and support their treatment and recovery.

As a “Specialist Nurse” you will deliver high quality care and be the face of Sciensus.

Requirements

• Essential: Full UK driving licence and willingness to be driven in and around Southampton and Plymouth, covering three different shifts over a 7‑day period.
• Evidence of previous community experience (an advantage).
• Venepuncture.
• Administrating IV therapies.
• Wound care.
• General nursing.
