We're looking for a talented qalified Finance Bsiness Partner to join or FP&A team and play a key role in driving bsiness performance, profitability, and growth.
What Yo'll Be Doing
As a trsted advisor to operational and senior stakeholders, yo'll provide insight, challenge, and financial expertise that helps shape decision-making across the bsiness.
- Partner with operational leaders and department heads to improve financial performance
- Deliver meaningfl monthly reporting and performance analysis
- Lead bdgeting and rolling forecasting processes
- Bild robst financial models, bsiness cases, and investment appraisals
- Spport new bsiness tenders and contract reviews throgh pricing and costing analysis
- Drive process atomation and continos improvement initiatives
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Help strengthen financial controls and governance across the bsiness
What We're Looking For
Yo'll be a commercially aware finance professional who enjoys working closely with non-financial stakeholders and inflencing bsiness otcomes.
Essential:
- CIMA, ACA or ACCA qalified
- Strong finance bsiness partnering experience
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
- Experience with bdgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
- Excellent commnication and presentation skills
- Ability to bild credibility and inflence at all levels
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills, with exposre to finance and BI systems sch as Dynamics 365, Adaptive, QlikView or Power BI
