By joining us as a Registered Nurse, you will be delivering high-quality care and will be the face of Sciensus with increased job satisfaction, by providing holistic one-to-one care within the patient’s own home. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Sciensus is currently looking for a Registered Nurse in Birmingham. We are looking for a talented, patient-focused clinician to join our fantastic team working in partnership with the QEHB NHS Trust.
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver gold standard, one-to-one, holistic care in the comfort of the patient’s home. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering one-to-one care in line with the patient’s needs, whilst maintaining professional standards and following the relevant care plan. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering effective and high-quality nursing care to patients in a home environment to facilitate early supported transfer from hospital or to prevent unnecessary admission.
- Building lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders, and patient support networks to aid and support patients' treatment and recovery.
- Accurately documenting all patient care and clinical observations to provide real-time data to assist with long-term goals of the business and the patient.
