Sciensus is seeking a Specialist Nurse to provide high-quality care in patients’ homes across East/West Sussex, helping to enable early discharge and reduce hospital admissions. You will work within a supportive MDT, visiting patients in their own homes and across a defined area.
The role is 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, with occasional weekends, and requires a self-motivated, autonomous nurse with a patient-centered approach.
