Sciensus is seeking a Medication Safety Specialist to lead medication and medical device safety across the organisation. You will drive incident reporting, learning, and action planning, and work with pharmacists, managers, and nursing staff to embed safety improvements.
You will represent Sciensus at medication safety committees, develop training materials and SOPs, and engage with national networks to advance patient safety. A CPD‑ready pharmacist with governance experience is ideal.
