We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Runner to support a busy private office with a variety of practical and logistical tasks.
This is a hands-on role and requires someone who is highly organised, discreet, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at one time. Potential candidates must be happy to be on their feet as they will be moving around London to complete various tasks and errands.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Run personal errands such as collecting prescriptions, dry cleaning, groceries, and other items.
- Drop off and pick up items between family homes, businesses, and contacts.
- Assist with purchasing items/gifts in-store or online on behalf of the family, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas.
- Order and manage office, household, and storeroom supplies, including tracking subscriptions and renewals.
- Work alongside household contractors such as cleaners, maintenance workers, or service providers to ensure tasks are completed to standard.
- Support general upkeep and organisation of office and household spaces.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks when required such as office diary management, expenses, travel admin and general emails/phone calls.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Must be happy to move between different locations throughout the day.
- High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under minimal supervision.
- Must be able to take initiative, confidently deal with tasks, and manage own time.
- Familiarity with London and confidence with navigating the city is desirable.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
The successful candidate will be required to be in the office from Monday-Friday.
