Job Opportunity – Quality Manager for a leading multinational materials manufacturer in North Lancashire. Company: Growing multinational materials manufacturer which has seen 40% growth in the last 2 years, looking to grow significantly in the next few years. Hours of work: Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5pm (38 hours per week) Why join? – Excellent manufacturing organisation with international brand presence offering excellent benefits and training opportunities. You will be involved in: * Development, implementation and continual improvement of the company’s Quality & Environmental programme. * Carrying out internal audits and looking at continuous improvement of manufacturing procedures using lean and six sigma methodologies. * Conducting risk and COSHH assessments and ensuring compliance. * Managing the quality team by providing support and guidance and seeking opportunities for learning and development. * Supporting the management of the ISO 9001 and 14001 standards and environmental permits.
