Job opportunity Quality Manager for a leading multinational materials manufacturer in North Lancashire.
Company:Growing multinational materials manufacturer which has seen 40% growth in the last 2 years, looking to grow significantly in the next few years.
Hours of work:Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5pm (38 hours per week)

You will be involved in:
- Development, implementation and continual improvement of the companys Quality & Environmental programme.
- Carrying out internal audits and looking at continuous improvement of manufacturing procedures using lean and six sigma methodologies.
- Conducting risk and COSHH assessments and ensuring compliance.
- Managing the quality team by providing support and guidance and seeking opportunities for learning and development.
- Supporting the management of the ISO 9001 and 14001 standards and environmental permits.
What do you need to be considered?
You will need:
- A strong quality, background within manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of ISO9001, 14001, 45001.
- Ideally a Health and Safety qualification – NEBOSH or higher.
- Knowledge of internal auditing and continuous improvement.
- Experience of supervising, training and mentoring QA and Laboratory staff.
