The Estate Operations team has responsibility for ensuring that the SMG Estate meets all legislative and operational requirements, is consistently well maintained, efficiently run and delivers an excellent customer experience to staff and visitors alike. In addition to overseeing the maintenance of building assets both historic and new, there is also a significant role for the team in ensuring full integration with Masterplan and Capital projects across the portfolio and to sustain those new developments once project delivery is completed.

As Estate Manager, you will have primary responsibility for the operational management of the museum/site buildings and its associated facilities and contracts. As Estate Manager, you will bring experience of maintenance of building services and fabric, with a BIFM or equivalent qualification.
