Science In Sport Group is a world leader in sports and performance nutrition. The company has two brands: SiS and PhD Nutrition. SiS provides performance nutritional solutions for professional athletes, sports and fitness enthusiasts, and the active lifestyle community. PhD Nutrition is a premium active-nutrition brand designed to maximise performance in and out of the gym.
The Role
Science In Sport is looking for a CRM Executive to support the SiS and PhD brands’ email marketing activity and help drive customer education and brand loyalty. This role is pivotal in delivering best‑in‑class social activity that adds commercial value. Through data‑driven audience segmentation, this role will enhance the digital customer experience and convert these customers into long‑term purchasers on our .COM websites. The role will ensure consistent email delivery aligned with each brand’s market position, improve consumer education, and drive an increase in subscription customers.

- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
- Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm

The Work – Your 4 Most Important Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the email and SMS marketing calendar in line with the promotional and brand campaign calendar.
- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the business’s lead generation initiatives and manage compliant database imports.
- Plan and implement customer lifecycle and trigger programmes, including subscription customers.
Accountability – What You Are Responsible For Delivering
- Manage and execute the email marketing strategy.
- Own the day-to-day email briefing process.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to write, plan and align communications with the brand calendar.
- Weekly and monthly campaign performance analysis and insights reporting.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement rate, conversion rate and sales.
- Monitor customer interactions and feedback to refine and improve CRM initiatives.
- Email and SMS audience management and customer service support.
- Utilise data points to deliver dynamic, personalised, and targeted activity.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign activity and tests to measure success.
