We are looking for a Lifescience PR Account Manager to join our fast-growing science communications and marketing agency. We work with companies advancing innovation in science, technology and health. From synthetic biology, biotech and medtech to engineering, our clients are on a mission to create impact.
The role will be based from our new, modern office in Newman Street (near Goodge Street, Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road tube stations). The appointed candidate can expect an exciting and varied role where you will work across the life sciences, biotech, healthcare, engineering and related scientific and medical areas to deliver integrated communication strategies for leading international clients.
The Account Manager role offers enormous scope to build experience and leadership skills within a friendly, supportive and progressive culture that offers ongoing training and development programmes (CIPR Accredited) to all employees.

Due to on-going success, we are now seeking a talented AM, who would relish the variety of this role working across traditional PR as well as digital marketing within an agency with a fantastic culture where your opinions are always welcomed.
Joining as the AM you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of client accounts. Whether you are developing communication strategies, networking and building relationships with clients, co-ordinating campaigns, producing compelling copy, or developing a deep understanding of client objectives, it will be your passion for science innovation that helps deliver excellent results for clients.
REQUIREMENTS- You should be a PR Account Manager, Client Services Manager, Marketing Manager or similar with at least 3 years agency experience and a CV that demonstrates:
- Strong experience in science or health public relations.
- A passion for science communications and an up-to-date knowledge of the latest innovations that are transforming our world.
- Excellent media relations skills – strong journalist network and track record of pitching stories.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a PR/marketing agency or in-house.
- Degree educated, preferably in life sciences or science or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Excellent writing, communications and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Competence in social media (use of Canva, HootSuite, Buffer and HubSpot).
