We are looking for an experienced HEOR Medical Writer to join a growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality HEOR and Real-World Evidence (RWE) projects while helping to build and develop a dedicated HEOR function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Author and review HEOR and RWE deliverables including manuscripts, systematic literature reviews (SLRs), meta-analyses, value dossiers, abstracts, posters, slide decks, and publications.
  • Lead HEOR projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Conduct and oversee literature reviews, data extraction, and outcomes research activities.
  • Develop SOPs, templates, and quality processes for HEOR services.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth and capability development.
  • Support business development activities including proposals, presales support, and scientific presentations.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience within HEOR, RWE, Medical Writing, Medical Communications, CRO, or Consulting environments.
  • Proven track record of authoring HEOR manuscripts, SLRs, and meta-analyses.
  • Solid understanding of guidelines such as PRISMA, STROBE, ISPE, and GRACE.
  • Experience managing projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
