Job Description – Senior Business Central Consultant
Based in the heart of the UK in Oxfordshire, Sci-Net Business Solutions is a leading Microsoft Dynamics Gold Partner & Dynamics CRM Partner. We have over 20 years experience in providing business management ERP & CRM solutions to organisations throughout the UK, as well as international projects. We were one of the first Navision partners in the UK and have been implementing and supporting Dynamics NAV across a number of verticals.
We are looking for a knowledgeable Senior BC Consultant to help people develop, use and integrate IT systems. You will take the hassle out of resolving technical problems and provide training to users to maximise the value of technology in business.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and business objectives
- Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with in-house technical staff
- Design IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality
- Support new technology implementation
- Train users in new and existing IT systems
- Provide assistance with technical issues
- Revise existing systems and suggest improvements
- Produce reports
Requirements & skills:
- Proven experience as an IT Consultant
- Ability to troubleshoot software problems
- Experience in Project Management
- Analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
- A team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
