WHAT YOU DO
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring the pallet mixing area, including removing shrink-wrap from finished goods and reassembling pallets with mixed products according to customer specifications.
- Monitoring the SAP ERP and DMC systems and ensuring the automated sections of the pallet mixing area are running smoothly.
- Maintaining a strict 'Clean-as-you-go' standard in accordance with food hygiene and safety procedures.
- Accurately logging production outputs, downtime reasons, and quality checks using digital interfaces and manual checksheets.
- Contributing actively to a Lean Manufacturing environment through 5S workplace organization and Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to lock‑out procedures while conducting regular visual and technical quality assurance inspections.
- Guiding and mentoring new recruits as a buddy to demonstrate standard operating procedures and best practices.
