WHAT YOU DO
- Lead, coach and develop the Site Services Technician team, ensuring high performance and safe working practices.
- Ensure the continuous, safe and efficient operation of all site utilities and services.
- Take full responsibility for the management and performance of all site service contracts, including contractor coordination and compliance.
- Act as the subject matter expert for steam and boiler operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency and cost control.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental and IFS standards.
WHO YOU ARE
- Qualified Maintenance Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled).
- Proven experience working with shell boilers in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supervising or leading a small technical team – desirable.
- Strong contractor management and service contract experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, fully automated manufacturing environment.
- Experience within FMCG or beverage manufacturing.
- Knowledge of utilities including steam, compressed air, refrigeration, water treatment and energy systems.
