The Schwank Group is a family business in its third generation, with over 90 years of experience in heating and cooling technology. Headquartered and manufacturing in Cologne, Germany, Schwank is the world market leader in gas infrared heating systems. We design and install energy-efficient heating, air-conditioning, and ventilation systems for industrial, commercial, and logistics buildings in more than 40 countries. Our product portfolio includes electric infrared heaters, heat pumps, hydrogen heating systems, gas plaque and tube heaters, ventilation systems, large fans (HVLS), air curtains, and warm air heaters.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and generating new sales leads. The responsibilities include conducting market research, creating strategic plans to achieve sales targets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met.
