This is a key role within our production management team. Working office hours, the successful applicant will oversee our state-of-the-art reconditioning facility, ensuring optimum efficiencies and in compliance with all statutory legal requirements, and our internal quality and safety standards.

  • Manage and control the Reconditioning plant
  • Support good team relationships through motivation and effective communications
  • Monitor team and individual performance and identify training needs
  • SAP experience would be advantageous
  • NEBOSH, IOSH
  • Personable manner and able to support the team with operational challenges
