Role Description
This is a part-time role with a minimum of 1.5 hours a week up to 15 hours a week. Located in Leicester, Derby, Melton. This is ideal for Min UEFA B or for the right candidate (working towards). The Football Coach will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions based on the Schulz coaching methodology while ensuring a supportive and motivating environment for players.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Football Coaching, including fundamental techniques and strategies
- Expertise in Coaching and Training, with the ability to assess and develop players' skills effectively
- Excellent Football-specific knowledge and understanding of game dynamics
- Proficient Communication skills, with the ability to motivate and instruct players effectively
- Valid DBS
- FA Safeguarding
- Emergency First Aid
- Public Liability insurance
- Experience in coaching grassroots or youth teams is beneficial
- A passion for football and player development
