We are seeking an exceptional
Head of Operations to join our senior leadership team and oversee the operational performance of a growing portfolio of luxury and upscale hotels across the UK.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who thrives on improving performance, developing high-performing General Managers and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping operational strategy, driving commercial success and ensuring every hotel consistently delivers exceptional standards.
A significant focus of the role will be enhancing Food & Beverage performance across the portfolio while supporting hotel leadership teams to achieve outstanding financial and guest satisfaction results.
The Opportunity
As Head of Operations, you will provide strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of premium hotels, working closely with General Managers and Executive Teams to maximise operational performance, profitability and service excellence.
You will be a highly visible leader, spending time within the hotels coaching teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring operational standards remain industry leading.

You'll be responsible for
- Developing and delivering the Group F&B strategy.
- Improving restaurant, bar and events performance.
- Driving profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Working alongside Executive Chefs and F&B leaders to enhance concepts and service.
- Reviewing menus, pricing and commercial performance.
- Maximising beverage sales and revenue opportunities.
- Sharing best practice across multiple hotels.
- Commercial & Financial Performance
You'll take ownership of delivering strong commercial results by
- Driving EBITDA and GOP performance.
- Reviewing monthly financial performance with General Managers.
- Improving labour productivity and payroll efficiency.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Analysing key operational and financial KPIs.

- Champion exceptional guest service.
- Drive improvements in guest satisfaction and online reputation.

About You
You'll already be operating in a senior multi-site hotel leadership role and have a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
You'll bring
- Significant multi-site hotel operations experience.
- Experience within luxury four or five-star hotels.
- A strong Food & Beverage background.
- Proven success improving commercial performance.
- Excellent financial and commercial acumen.
- Experience leading and developing General Managers.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to influence at every level.
