We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store in Wood Green, London. Candidates must have flexible availability. Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge.
- Strive to meet KPIs and personal targets.
- Process payments, customer orders, and reservations.
- Stock management and shop floor merchandising.
- Maintain high standards both on shop floor and in back areas.
- Assist with opening/shutdown procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is not essential; however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable.
- Full training will be given for the role.
