About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused UX Designer to join our growing digital team. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, conversion-focused experiences that engage users and drive sales across our digital storefront. From homepage to checkout, your work will help shape a seamless shopping journey for millions of customers. You’ll collaborate closely with marketers, developers, product managers, and fellow designers to turn data and insights into beautifully crafted user experiences that support both business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging, user-centred digital experiences that improve conversion rates and retention.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for key pages like product listings, PDPs, cart, and checkout.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align UX design with campaigns, seasonal promotions, and A/B tests.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure consistency by working within (and contributing to) the design system.
- Stay informed about trends in digital UX, mobile-first design, and competitive benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Experience in UX/UI design, ideally within the digital or retail space.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital or consumer-facing web design work.
- Proficiency in design tools, including Figma and Adobe suite.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, and mobile-first UX.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, dev, and marketing.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for creating customer-centric experiences.
- Basic to good working knowledge of both HTML and CSS.
- Experience optimizing UX for SEO and performance.
- Understanding of CRO principles and A/B testing tools like Optimizely or VWO.
- Experience designing for loyalty programs, product recommendation systems, or post-purchase flows.
